The Options Program in Taunton is approved as a Provider of Personal
Care Management Services by the Massachusetts Executive
Office of Elder Affairs / Office of Long Term Care. It is
licensed and certified to Provide Residential and Individual
Supports by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Retardation
and by the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission as a
provider of Supported Living Services.
The Fiscal Intermediary Program is approved
as provider of Fiscal Intermediary Services by the Massachusetts
Executive Office of Elder Affairs / Office of Long Term
Care.
